You may have noticed a new look for our newsletter this month and a new name to boot “Partnership Breakthroughs”.
Our aim is to bring you informative articles about the work we’re doing at Empowering-Communities and to also provide insights into new innovations and ideas that can help inspire partnership work and encourage best practice.
We’re delighted at the input we’ve received from a number of E-CINS and SIRCS users and strategists who have submitted articles for us to include and share with fellow practitioners. Thank you for your involvement and enthusiasm, we really hope to build something interesting and informative that will help to improve partnership working for all and provide better results and outcomes for neighbourhoods and communities across the UK.
The feedback we’ve had in response to some of the articles has been great, in particular the story about Suffolk Family Focus and their use of E-CINS to manage troubled families. It’s certainly the hot topic this month with many local authorities appointing or looking to appoint specialist co-ordinators to take their project forward. Getting the right system that allows everyone to talk to one another, informing and sharing data so that they can properly engage with families will be key to the success of the government initiative.
We’re now working on the next edition of Partnership Breakthroughs so if you have any articles you would like to submit to us to share with fellow practitioners please do feel free to contact us here or drop us a line. Any knowledge or examples of best practice that people could benefit from would be greatly received!
